What do I need to send for a quote?
Send the product type, quantity, approximate size, your idea, any logo or image, and the date you would like it completed.
Can you help create the design?
Yes. We can work from your logo, photo, sketch, reference image or description and help prepare a production-ready design.
Do you accept small orders?
Yes. Small custom jobs are welcome, and larger quantities can also be quoted for businesses, teams and events.
Can colors or engraving look different from the screen?
Yes. Screen colors, material grain, glass, slate and sublimation surfaces can affect the final appearance. Important requirements should be discussed before production.
How long does a custom order take?
Timing depends on the product, quantity, design work and current workload. Include your desired completion date in the quote form so availability can be confirmed.
